I even registered for sunniforum.com to ask, but no one helped, so I had to do research of my own. I searched on google, and found a ummah.com forum page titled: Q & A on Ramadhaan & Fasting (most frequently asked). Under the Miswak Whilst Fasting section, I got my answer.

I need help please, urgent
This morning, I was brushing my teeth with a miswak, like how I usually do during Ramadan.
Usually, when I brush my teeth with the miswak, there are remnants of it in my mouth that I spit out. Today, though, one of those remnants was all the way at the back of my mouth, near my throat, and I think I may have swallowed it, but, I'm not 100% sure.
That remnant of the miswak bristle, if I actually did swallow it, does it break my fast, since I had no control over it? I tried many times to cough it back up towards the front of my mouth to no avail.
I hope it doesn't break my fast.
