will saacid survive?

Post by sahal80 »

Its not coincidence that the cabinet was made 10 members, it was a set up. This enclosed group are running the country like an ONG not like a government, they had a fear from the pms chracter and this was one of their basic conditions in wich they were able to trap saacid into accepting it.

If the cabinet members were 25 or 18 then the pm needs only a few dismissal and exchange of positions wich will not require the vote of confidence but if he adds 8 or 15 they have to face again the parliament! Why making this trouple for the pm

Now, things are harder for the pm and is not a good time at all like the violence in marka who related to 60 mps let alone the guys who were waiting for this moment besides the inside conspirators

If the agenda survives, then there is a hope for the ruling group who want to use the whole cabinet as a scapegoat for their interior failure. despite their interior and insecurity problems, they have done alot of achievements when it comes to their economical, political and military foreing relations and that why the FM is staying... all they need is an smart interior policy and they are likely to stop their political confrontations and act as a reconciliatory leaders.

Nevertheless, if the cabinet survives or not it has some political change- the interior minister will be moved into another post what I'm wondering about is who will replace him? It was supposed every region to have one minister so I don't think a cousin of him will replace him in that post.

Minister fiqi is one of the guys who are going out. Farah abdulqadir gets stronger as the international cooperation minister.

25 is a lot of ministers for a country small as Somalia, I wonder if the new post of ministers will be based on 4.5 ratio or regional!

Good news :som:

Hassan Sheik needs to start compromising and stop his micromanagement. He also needs to let go of the DamuJadiid. What does Farax abdulqadir bring to the table ? Does he bring many soldiers ? Does he bring Kilinka 5aad into the mix ? What exactly does he do ? Fiqi is another example. What does he bring ? Abdulkarim Guled is there simply because he is a financier of Hassan Sheik's campaign but what experience does he have ? Fowzia Sheik Adam seems to probably have the most management experience of the entire cabinet besides the Minister of National Resources.

In the last motion againist the pm, the president was more a helping hand because it wasnt a prearrangement and he could have been the target after the pm.

Two countries and some groups are supporting the cabinet change in order the next pm to not achieve success or get approved by ther parliament wich could make a probelem for the president if the proposed pm was rejected twice. Thus, they will call for a new govt or find some ways to destroy the current one.

My sources are saying a preparation is going on this time from the presidents side to secure majority of mps and that mps from one clan have been secured so far.

Abdikarim guleed is an incompetent guy, he got the job as a reward for his contribution during the elections. He is a bakaaro graduatee and knows every one in the suuq as he spent all his time in mogadisho, he is good at these local tactics and can deal with warlords and ahlu suuq that why they gave him such post. I'm hearing now he will be moved into another post and he has no a uni education as I heard how can this work?

National resources is going out too.

I can make some contacts in the security advising section but my guys haven't yet established well. I myself asked them to train me as a security guard but I need to join the army first.
