how can i change my name?

i don't like my name and i want to chamge it to CabdiShakuur or Usamah or Xassaan.
im a british citizen living abroad
what is the process of changing my name? is it easy?

In order to change ur name u must be 18 + since ur not ur parents can change for u jus pay da proccess fee $900 EU pounds
