Why is there so much confusion? is it 3:35 or is it 2: 50? according to other Islamic organisation's calculations it is 1:30!

Anyone know anything about all this 18 degrees vs 15 degrees thing?

In my city da fajir salat is 5am but after ramadan ends it will be @4:45am
