This is gold. Says it was written by Mohammed Sheikh Ali Jimcaale, his father was a post independance minister.
This is amazing. The man sitting on the chair is also Osmaan Jeelle, the best Mayor Xamar ever had.
Just look at the content of that procure, and this was 40 years ago.
