The governor of Ugandisho County,Cullusow Habyarimana, has met with the President of Uganda on Saturday in the capital Kampala. The two discussed issues concerning national security and how to expand the Tutsi rule from Burundi, Rwanda, Uganda, DR Congo and Ugandisho County. Cullusow, who belongs to the Hawiye, a sub-clan of the larger Hutu ethnic group, promised to work with the Tutsi.

Yoweri Museveni, who is the brain child of Tutsi Kingdom across the Great Lakes, is in the process of stepping down and handing the rule over to his Tutsi son who promised to plant future Tutsi seeds in Ugandisho, a colony of Kampala.

Cullusow explained to Museveni how Tutsi rule in the far East could be challenged by the Darod unless he rescues Kismayo and Jubbaland with his leadership. Museveni has not made any decision but promised to study the Kismayo case. Cullusow wants Tutsi King Museveni to relocate at least 5,000 of his troops in Kismayo so they can push out the Bantu (Kenyan) and Darod union.

Museveni is a great thinker and he is going to court Cullusow. Museveni already built Tutsi Empire across four Great Lakes nations. The Presidents of Burundi, Rwanda, Dr Congo and of course Uganda are all Tutsi. Museveni's goal has long being to create a large Tutsi-Hima Empire that includes Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Kivu.

Now Cullusow will be used to create future Tutsi influence and power in southern Somalia while Hutu Cullusow is too worried about Darood and Somaliland (further divisions).

We have a great thinker and an expansionist hosting a simple NGO man protected by a great thinker (Museveni/AMISOM).

if silanyo could do all those things hassan is doing he would do it in a heart beat. you talking me like I support hassan. I think he is useless. but when the guy that represents my people and my lands stands and cries outside a 'gate' on 18 may obviously ill take offense to that and I will bring up every time his supporters talk like they are better then the other side. Look Currently Somalia is seeing hard times and we have seen better days and inshallah will see them again. Every country goes through civil war and all the jazz that comes with recovering from it.
