They asked for a multi-national force to be deployed there, and they might of compromised in changing the Kenyan ledership of sector 2 (I don't know for sure). Nevertheless, this is good. What this shows is that the SFG still blames Kenya for interfering in the last conflict in Kismaayo.
Your political readings are very superficial my friend
It has changed its position in regards to kenya not like clashing with amisomkenya and asking the AU for a multi-amisom, this was reached through arrangements that makes the govt to be thankful to kenya and change its hostile position towards nairobi
I always stated that the AU has accepted the multi-amisom proposal but said it will depend on the amisom countries, this is what they have done now but its within a political deal.
Read the first qodob about the the reconciliation in jubooyinka, it means the kenyan backed groups and already sh madoobe said he is organizing a reconciliation conference in kismayo like I said weeks ago he has to recouncil with his opposition when individual asked me.
Kampala resolution is very dangerous to the pms position.
The only thing that changed is the govt having the initiative and being able to do the things practically unlike it was before, the political situation will stay the same because kenya is still there.
Correction there was a funders proposal to change amisom from an AU mission to a UN mission but the leaders have rejected it.
