kenya agrees on multi-amisom

Post by sahal80 »

According to the somali governments spokesperson in the summit kenya has agreed on deploying multi-amisom...a UN delegation that will visit to make report on amisom generally and a plan of a future UN army forces that replaces amisom but is not an option yet.

Looks like the broker musovini has made it possible...of course kenya will still play some role because of its influence on somali politics and we will see the next...

Good news about the Kenyan issue, and the way the government is handling in Mogadishu is going about it all wrong, the government needs to just attack and capture the stronghold of Godane shabaab and eliminate the threat once and for all!

Thanks Sahal, once again great news.

This isn't a problem only some delusional ppl think it will make an overall difference. :comeon:

More AU troops :snoop:

A combined Somali effort from Kismaayo to Xamar can root out Shabab.

This is because they have done it in a friendly way between kenya and the somali govt of course this is the only way...amisom wants good name so the things must be sorted out between the somali govt and kenya with a reconciliation agenda being part of it.

After this big pressure reaching solution is possible.

EEGA,

What Somalis ? Somalis have no say anymore. Madoobe or Gurguurte both can't lift a finger without the foreigner's approvals.

Sahal, like I told you, the government has never changed it's position in regards to Kismaayo and the Kenyan interference. They asked for a multi-national force to be deployed there, and they might of compromised in changing the Kenyan ledership of sector 2 (I don't know for sure). Nevertheless, this is good. What this shows is that the SFG still blames Kenya for interfering in the last conflict in Kismaayo.

Your political readings are very superficial my friend

It has changed its position in regards to kenya not like clashing with amisomkenya and asking the AU for a multi-amisom, this was reached through arrangements that makes the govt to be thankful to kenya and change its hostile position towards nairobi

I always stated that the AU has accepted the multi-amisom proposal but said it will depend on the amisom countries, this is what they have done now but its within a political deal.

Read the first qodob about the the reconciliation in jubooyinka, it means the kenyan backed groups and already sh madoobe said he is organizing a reconciliation conference in kismayo like I said weeks ago he has to recouncil with his opposition when individual asked me.

Kampala resolution is very dangerous to the pms position.

The only thing that changed is the govt having the initiative and being able to do the things practically unlike it was before, the political situation will stay the same because kenya is still there.

Correction there was a funders proposal to change amisom from an AU mission to a UN mission but the leaders have rejected it.

So what your saying is that Kenya still has a tight grip on the Jubaland initiative since they have the political spectrum of kismayo (which is with Ahmed madobe) still going!, so one might ask what did the Somalia government benefit from this Kampala gathering! :?:

1: they have already SFG forces close to kismayo, preparing for war, helping barre hiiraale militias..

2: Kenya was in the way

3: they wanted kenya out, but kenya refused, instead they will place multi amisom forces there, which will block the kenyans to take sides..

giving barre hiiraale home run.. i see this as positiv result for barre hiiraale..

Culusow can not stop barre hiiraale from attacking, and he can not force madoobe out either. so the only solution is let the boys fight fair this time, and the Winner will remain for the city..

So this Multi amisom forces are only invited to block kenyans policy and make the city heavy on them.. they will not like this, since they are asking for Kibaana in Kismayo
