Puntland is not a country!

I respect Puntland state for retaining peace and security in their terrorities but I dont like their country like policies. The puntland adminsitration has been underming every somali govt for the past 15 years. I really think that the recognized SFG govt needs to show it's clear power over these regional goverments and the govt has to start of by establishing fair adminsitrations in the whole of the country but not in Somaliland. The talks will in Turkey will pave way to intergrate Somaliland into Somalia.
