normal functionality is relative.
ive given a presentation with international clients , including our CTO and several directors and VP's
while high.

i used eye drops but i still had a little red eye.
my boss called me over and told me it was the best presentation he has heard in a while, and that i should do them more often.
he then told me to relax and not work too hard, he said you look like you havnet slept in a while.

so for me unless its operating complex machinery, weed enhances allot of my creative ability, it temporarily ruins maths ability,

no you cant, this is why i normally smoke after cishha prayers.
it last 3 to 6 hours for me so i cannot do it between subax and cisha..
but then again i live in a weed free country, and only toke when on vacation.

like you i am weed free for 4 months..
but will toke up inshallah in sept or october

exactly, God clearly says in Quran is that these intoxicants are tools of Satan to hinder you from prayer and remembrance of God.

How about night prayer? How about dahara (i.e stinking clothes?) there are many many issues one can bring up as an experienced user. It is a curse more than beneficial.
