First of all,
I come in Peace
So how is Kismaayo? Is there a stalemate on the political/war/qabiil front? Nothing seems to have changed. Is anyone compromising? Is the Jubaland project expanding or at a stand still? Where is Barre Hiraale? When are the port and airport due to be handed over to the FG?

Looks like with kenya departing from kismayo not just the port and airport they will reach a political settlement and there is a new contacts between the shaykh and the colonel.
Good luck to them

So there is ongoing dialogue and contact between Kismaayo and the FG. That's good news

There is no settlement.Because the Xamar regime demands are narrow and tribal centric.
Kismaayo admin might decide to server all relations with the HAG led regime in Xamar.

Geo
Once there was a man that his belly has severely swollen up, he kept looking at the top of his stomach expecting to split from there but it turned out to split from the bottom of his belly

and when the blood came running out he started screaming help help! help! of course he should have fixed the muscles in the bottom half but it was too late!
When mogadisho is your bottom why you are looking up?... and we see now evry thing that is wrong...of course I'm not saying that part is not important for the govt but not the first, the second priority...the capital is the face of somalia and if it great the country whould look great or atleast have hope and if it a shyt place the whole country will be the same shyt and MSF is an enough example, they are no more operating in anywhere in somalia!
This is why I stopped my threads about that region.
As for the answer your looking for, addis talks will still continue with one of the govts wings, on the other hand, there is a new contacts between the other wing in the govt and the administration group, between the shaykh and the colonel and this wing in the govt wants to have strong presence in kismaayo like going back to the first square before the war than the adminitration will get recognized by all...looks like they are playing their own tactics.
These wings accomplish eachother because the govt needs all these political cards... The wing that is negotiating with them is playing political tactics of recognizing a one year interim administration that puts the power in a fragile hands as kenya is getting out of the town.
I'm out
