Hargeisa a medieval state capital, just why ?

How and why does Hargeisa look like a medieval magaal, like seriously donkey carts, no pavements, no roads, just muddy muddy earth to walk on, terrible smells, quarry fills of Khat littering the streets, cows on the street etc etc its just riduclous for a city that every ceeb tom and harry Isaaq has invested in soley ? I've been to most cities and towns in Somaliland, Khaatumo and Puntland and haven't seen anything like it ?
Now I said look, not the contents of the city because the contents are increasingly considerable for Somali standards.

I will name and shame if need be but i'm feeling generous tonight so I will spare the shame.

Ask your people starkast in what they did to hargeysa they're the ones who made it look like the Sinai.. They left. Not even one building standing. Todays hargeysa was built by the diaspora and the landers through teamwork.
