Most of the Palestinians like the Lebanese don't look like your typical Arab I have noticed, I presume they are not real Arabs by origin but were
people indigenous to the Levant region who were Arabized.

Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq are mostly Arabicized people, I believe. Palestinians are most likely a mix of Canaanites, Assyrians, and Philistines.

Jordan was arabized as well. The inhabitants before the conquest of Jordan were Ghassanids.

Their current king traces his lineage to the prophet's clan the Banu Hashim of the Quraish tribe.

You're right. What do you think about Egyptians though? Clearly those in Aswan and other southern regions are Nubian (and perhaps Beja) but what of the north? They appear Arab to me but mostly mixed. What are your thoughts?

Most Egyptians are brown people not white despite being very ethnically mixed, for that reason they do look like your typical Arab but there are some
cases you will find non Arab looking Egyptians. A while back my neighbors were Coptic Egyptians, they were white and looked like more of a Greek
than Arabs. I never realized they were from a Arab country until I one day asked them where they were from.

You are incorrect. The reason why it is called the Hashemite Kingdom is because the royal family descended from Banu Hashim. The name has nothing to do with the population of the country.

When the House of Al Saud defeated the descendants of Banu Hashim and conquered Hejaz, they fled to Iraq and Jordan. They have been the rulers of Jordan since then.

You are correct in that they are ethnic Arabs. Ghassanids were ethnic Arabian Christians. I was incorrect on that point.

You were correct, they are ethnic Arabs. The name has nothing to do with the shacab of Jordan, though. The Jordanian royal family are descendants of Banu Hashim who fled to Jordan when they were defeated by the House of Saud.
