Hargeisa was the home of Somali literature, music and arts. Today they have a new generation thats making new waves after many years the Walaalaha Hargeisa.

I personally like the new crew which include Ahmed Wali, Asma Love, Mursal Yare, Khadra Sinimo, Hamda Queen...

Sxb the theatre has been under construction for the past five years now and is still same place. I think the private owner (Omar Aideed) ran out of money for that project. I know he is financing powerlines from Ethiopia.
