Al-Qaeda branch blames Hezbollah for Lebanon attack, threatens vengeance
Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), a North African affiliate of the terrorist group, has accused Hezbollah of staging Friday’s attacks in the Lebanese city of Tripoli, which killed over 40 people. “That vile party ... should know that it will meet retribution soon,” said an AQIM statement. The Sunni Al-Qaeda regards the Shi’ite Hezbollah as infidels, and the two groups are reportedly engaged in direct warfare in the Syrian conflict.

Reer Maghreb ain't playing around.
