Is this is coincidence or is related with china announcing a major reconstruction plans in the capital? The somali FM is visiting china a big ally of the ethiopian policies in the horn of africa and is againist the somali states national interests but seems now these contacts will change the chinas economical appproach to somalia. Kenya has also started contacting with china!

This reminds me of the western backed Chinese republicans before they got curb stomped by the communists. They had warlords controlling parts of the country and they were allied to the western backed government.

Besides he has nealy controlled the south in his first year, there are many southren regional administrations who are alligned with the govt and are made by the govt

Next will be mudug who are allies but not official administrations.


Example, does he controls south sudan? No. All you need is a bilateral agreements and cooperations and connection with interpol to arrest not just the...this will happen in the near future.

Somalia had received intelligence reports that a suspected murderer had fled to South Sudan. Through use of INTERPOL's I-24/7 network, Somalia was able to alert South Sudan who arrested the wanted fugitive, Abdirahman Isse Ahmed, and expelled him to Somalia where he now awaits trial.
“This case demonstrates the importance of efforts by the international community to ensure that Somalia is fully integrated into INTERPOL's network of 190 member countries. That fugitive could have been a terrorist seeking to harm any of INTERPOL's member countries,” said INTERPOL Secretary General Ronald K. Noble.

No. Mudug is much easier.

Mudug has only a local conflict of interests while that region has links with external interests. All mudug needs is some money and last time the gevt did this with ahlussuna they announced from one side that they will dissolve their army and integrate with the govt!

Mudug groups work as a different organizations in order to influence the govt from every way and gain link to a different resources and now the gov has told them in order to allocate for them their portion in the new deal they have to unite and there will be a conference in cadaado.
