nile water wars are behind the addis agreement!

Post by sahal80 »

Above the all whispers of policy unity that I could hear, also my political analysis was right!

Nile water conflicts are offering solution to somalia!

Masaaibu qawmin cinda akharina fawaaiduu

thanks to the geopolitical shifts in northeast africa

What I mean is the circumistances that made this agreement had relations with the nile wars

Besides the somali army commanders, farah abdulqadir was among the guys who received the egyptian generals who were visiting the country, this has made ethiopia worry about what is going on

The somali president was back then travelling overseas...and since he was the one who received them, farah visits ethiopia for a whole week telling them that their relationship with egypt has nothing to do with ethiopia but ethiopia was still worry about the egyptians military involvement in somalia...some how, they came up with this addis initiative!

Though mursi and hassan sheekh are of one affiliation, the egyptian leaders(civilians or militaries) have one political stand when it comes to their nile interests, infact the egyptian army has more hostile attitude towards ethiopia than the government because of "the egyptian national security" wich gives them legitimacy to rule in danger times!

Nile water politics playing any role in this is highly unlikely!
Even if Somalia allies itself with Egypt in its pursuit to disrupt the dam, there is no conceivable way in which Somalia can give a meaningful help.

Addis Ababa have realized from their defeat in 2009 that unlike other regions it cant tame Mogadishu add that with the Egypt Nile drama at a time their Ato is gone and their ONLF fears in Kismayo and you have got this deal.

Ladies and a gentlemen I'm seeing a new order developing in the Horn which is a Tigray/Hawiye *GULP* partnership.

The ethiopia guy on the picture, tedros guy, well I saw his twitter account and most of his comments are based on somalia, Ahmed maadobe and jubaland. Has he got some addiction to it or something?
even an average person from somalia doesnt talk about somalia as much as him.
