First this is a clear violation of the constitution for referring the semi-autonomous region as a sub-clan own region taking the credit away from the powerful tribe for their unification in building puntland.

Second, Puntland was formed in 1998 and it didn't exist in the 90s. This president is inciting one clan against the other to benefit his HAG organization.

I've contact it the office of prime minister Saacid to demand and immediate answer on why he didn't respond to Culusow but was told that the prime minister is in Saudi Arabia and will return in couple of days.

Go learn the meaning of Democracy you dumb nut. Members of the Puntland Parliament are elected agents, and the people have vested theIr supreme power to be exercised by them under a free electoral system.
