I think he wanted to implement his vision on somalia, mostly on the southren part wich had caused a lot of local clashes also with some countries that have interests in somalia.
I think he has changed the strategy in the southren party of the country to the point the whole amisom mission will be replaced with a UN mission in the near future.
High concentration on the foreing policies, somalia is becoming partner of many global organizations, getting allied with many countries from america, europe, asia and arab world...right now the pm is in sana'a in yemen a traditional ally of somalia and is colse to the horn africa
There will be contacts soon with eritria who is willing to have diplomatic relations with this govt...the relation is great with sudan...all this will have a great impact on the somali affaires.
Now, the state is still fragile and there is a security setback in the last months, maybe some events had a negative impact on the security. There must be a big change in this sector in order to restore security quickly.
Lastly, this govt had a great etiquette, no khilaafaat have ever appeared publically while the ex govt had this vacuum in its leadership.
