The govt. of Somaliland will donate USD $1.5 million to south Somalia to help pay for the installation of traffic lights in xamar. This project will be overseen by several engineers from Hargeisay University. Also, several xamari pple will be trained how to repair and maintain those traffic lights. More details to come, I will post the link and pictures showing s/land minister for Transport handing over the check.
