What would u have done in this awkward situation ?

Few days ago me and several friends were hanging out since we are too bussy to hangout like the old days. One of the girls, we will call her Xalima, came along with my ex-gf ikram. It was sunny day and we were strolling down our mega mall here in town. While we were walking and standing around conversing I noticed Xaliimo ( a cute chick) had a red purple spot close to her crotch area on her white pants. I knew for a fact she had an acident ( you know).

I thought about taking her to the side and informing her. However I didn't. It bothers me that I didn't..

What should've done? Should've approached her abt it ?
