The President of Somalia's northeastern region of Puntland, Abdirahman Farole, has said his administration is in talks with Somaliland and should the two agree they will jointly declare independence from Mogadishu reports horseedmedia.
During a key speech in Garowe town, Mr. Farole, insisted his administration can no longer work with Mogadishu. He urged them to respect the federal constitution. Equally he invited Somaliland for an official talk and underlined should the two agree, they will secede from Somalia all together.
