A B-bomber flying over BC malfunctioned and released the bomb, there's like 3 safety methods on the bomb that must funtion. apparebtly the bomb believed it was being released out of the plane in an enemy attack so 2 out of the three safety functions allowed the bomb to detonate while the last one miracoulasly refrained from following suit.
