Sxb i just wanna ask about the 2016 one man vote elections, that the govt is working hard to deliver.
Will there be a one man vote for the MPs and if there is, how many votes a MP needs to get elected ? Mase clan elders will draft the MPs ?

Yeah the same goes for the mps. The general policy is to hold a direct presidential elections so every body has one vote including the army, mps or other officials including the president.

you mean One man votes for army leaders, like Generals, Colonel and Majors ?

As I understand every body will only represent himself/herself to vote not his/her institution.
Mps have to finish the constitution by 2015 and set up the next legislations like the political parties, federal commisions and the whole next system. I have no clues wich one will be earlier but it supposed them to be earlier.
