brother, this is a huge problem in the gulf. it's greedy and Allah ka absad la'an weye. wallah like my dad say, masakiintas 3oqoobadooda wey qabsan. at least kuwait found solution for this. every worker that you hire should have a bank account so you direct deposit his salary. those are cash workers, they cannot even prove they are not paid!
