Not making the cut

Post by Lillaahiya »

People often boast about being too good for their ex and that being the main reason why it didn't work out but this has me wondering: how many of you didn't make the cut? In order words, how many of you didn't meet the criteria of someone you liked and they kept it moving? Also, when do you realize they were too good for you? Post break-up reflection or when you see him/her with someone new  Someone you know is meeting all the requirements that you lack

It's time to download Drake's new album and share the stories folks.

Id take it as it just wasnt meant to be. How many times do u see the person ending up with someone worse than the person they rejected.

I was introduced to a girl that I thought I was not good enough for. She was 19 years, xaafidul quran, beautiful, new the sunnah and preliantly smart. I was 33yrs old, divorced twice, only knew 3 Juz in the quran and was in 18,000 Debt. We were talking for a week but Immediately I saw her, I knew right from the Get go she could get a better person than I am. I mean the girl was too good for me. I just told her, walaalo, You don't have settle for me. You can get a better deal. She asked why, and She agreed when I gave her all the reasons above.

Marka, Yes, that was the only time I felt was not good enough for a girl I met.

Loool @ Mustafa

Ages ago, there was a thread on here about which SNetter would you marry and then the Screw was adamant that he wouldn't marry me. I was genuinely shocked   Now that I think about it I am amazed by my own arrogance. I confronted him, like why the hell not

So yeah there was that experience. If you're curious he said I was too flirty which I still think is an unfair judgement

When things dont work i dont normally blame the other part in the deal, there so many factors involved in any deal to be successful so it is always good to be open minded.

Ok maybe I misunderstood the point of the thread. I thought you were asking about getting dumped and the person you were with moving on to better and brighter. Not rejecting someone who hit on me?

About the security guard, he's seriously hot :| That is the depth of our "relationship" He has not approached me or asked me to marry him, if he had then the conversation would be completely different. But like I said on that thread it's not about the number of zeros it's about having your shit together, a vision, purpose and direction. Nin wareersan maxaan isku daba qora?

i agree..they need to have their shyt together.

Women want a man to provide
Men want a hot wife

..we all have our demands

Plus men want to be the leaders...bring something worthy to the table than ur ass can lead.
