Sufi "saints" are attributed to have performed miracles and posses supernatural powers. I remember hearing about a Somali Sufi "saint" throwing his cimaamad at artillery shells launched by the colonial troops and falling on the ground. Miracles and supernatural powers constitute a core belief in Sufism.

stories like this are not completely uncommon or unheard of. people can demonstrate tremendous feats when under pressure or stress.

thats the only explanation of me being able to study a months worth of material the day before a test and still pass.

also the car lifting types of supernatural strength displayed by humans during these sort of incidences have a semi solid scientific explanation.
