Sh. Umul is a talented orator, however, he's twisting words in this video. There are no accords or agreements between the Kenyan government and al-Shabaab, so how does what he's talking about apply to them?

He is not talking about Al-Shabaab and the Kenyan government. He is talking about the Somali government and the Kenyan government. As usual Shabaab have difficult understanding things.
