So I have this part time interpreting job on the weekends (fri-sun) to compliment my main income..

I arrived to handle my business which was to interpret for him. As soon as I seem him I thought he just came out of aakhiro..the man weighs 135 pnds ( abt 80 kilo)..I greeted him while filling my papers and he was quite. I tried to make little small talk but h wouldn't budge.

So I waited and then aske him " how long you've been in America?" And he answered " 1 an half". So I dismissing said "oh u past by Kenya" and he retorted "nooo I came through Malta".

You see now he peeked my interest. So I said "u came with the boat to Malta?" And he replied " yes, I'm one of 9 survivals out of 38 people"...

So now he sits up and becomes animated, he passionately tells me the whole ordeal event by event. He also kept saying " I'm a dead man I don't know why am here".

I'm afraid if I tell u guys the rest of the story you will either laugh so hard or b heartbroken. The things that transpired in those desperate moments will leave you cursing all of Somalia.
