Because these people are just clowns and so pose no real threat whatsoever to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Somalia.
They are miskeen people even tough at times I find them irritating when they repeat and repeat the same old nonsense. But I love them, Go bless, because they behave like children who I am given the responsibility to protect and look after.
