Malysian women to sing lullabies to hubbies

Post by Sir-Luggoyo »

A Malaysian politician has announced a lullaby competition for women to sing their husbands to sleep.

Nik Aziz says Kelantan state government will hold the contest to encourage wives 'to give their best in taking care of their husbands'.

He said: "The husband returns home tired. The wife will sing the lullaby for him to sleep soundly and, when he awakes, he will be at peace.

"This contributes to the happiness of the husband and wife."

Mr Aziz added that there would be a similar contest for mothers to sing lullabies for their children.

What if she sounds horrible and no one can stand her voice?

xoog, I was merely referring to the psychological theories that children as adults are drawn to members of the opposite sex who most closely remind them of their parents. Your mind is working overtime, sxb. Reading innuendoes into my posts. Laughing Laughing Laughing

LOL@mikey

The spoiling for ME is 'individual'---it does not apply to the majority of females. But the 'baby-ing' of men---every mans dream is to have a wife who will take over the job of his mama--especially somali men--since-- somali men have this MEN are more important than women thingy--even in Somalia --i heard women are the only one earning a living & taking care of the kids & all that..

The men--just wake up at noon-- eat the laxox that is prepared & ready on the table.WHat is their purpose?

Zero! They wont embrace the modern equal philosophy because hey--they would loose! I mean- i dont blame them.I would have done the same thing. Not that i am wishing myself being a man or anything but its strange wont u agree??

Thats why Mikey u would make a cute hubby for me.You are essentially an equal right man--a gentleman if you will. Somalis dont know the meaning gentlemanly manner unless it has something to do with--drinking camel milk in a sophisicated cute mahogany bowl. Rolling Eyes Laughing

Boobsra, there is nothing wrong with waiting hand and foot on your husband if he deserves it! It's something you should be proud of. If he deserves it then, he would treat you the same.

Any strong woman would know that, so you can save all of your Western 50/50 Philosophy to yourself loserad yahay dabada baladhan.

Dhaga, Do you think Basra wears a belt? Laughing Laughing

Basra,

On the contrary. I beg to differ in you portrayal of the Somali man as a dependent and parasitical rodent whose main purpose is sperm production, pleeease....It's only Somali man who, in this wide world knows where a woman's place in the house is>............ and rightfully places where that place is.......................and you know you either IN that place as we correspond ........or waiting until he comes to jump on your feet

Hannah--u know u always 'hint' something sexual--a body part, a sex word, an expression--its endless walaahi,

I am not particularly' opposing serving' my hubby. Its a pleasure.I am feri loyal & none servile.I take pleasure in that-- but i get a little ticked off when the -- request-- is 'Baby--ing'' ---talking Baby talk---to moi--that pisses me off! Also-- to compare me with his mother!

Mad Mad Mad

I mean-- have u seen him with his mother??? Have u watched the movie HUSH??? with Jessica Lange????

ITS ieery!! uuuufff

Also nothing wrong with the modern 50/50 deal. Its revolutional. Its what prophet Moh'd PBUH will recommend.Remeber Khadija?? She was the employer of the prophet. PBUH!

I am just being rational & realistic here. Rolling Eyes

PS: case in point---exibit A---Luggooyo-- underlining his 'Manly' purpose in this world----a sperm production machine.

hasn't he heard there are clinics which do that nowadays---God forbid??? Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

What if a woman want's to stay at home and say stuff to her husband like "Aww I missed you, Yes mommy did..." ..Lol...I mean if that's what he likes why not? What is wrong with that? Nothing is. I mean different people like weird things, most of these you should know by the time you get married. As for when you do find out, then just deal with it and comply happily because you choose to do so.

You need to stop trying to make other women seem less progressive than you are. There is no such thing as 50/50. Accept it.
