1. Worry about your O-Levels. You didn't do so well iirc. What was that saying again, something about chicks and eggs

2. Try hard in every subject.

If you want to get ahead, do chemistry or biochemistry combined with maths subject at uni. upon finishing if you get good grades, you'll be able to work different sector such as banking, pharmaceutical, health sectors and many more.

As a 14 year old, you're too young to decide what you want to study. Many young people change the field they want to study a number of times until they settle on one. What's important is, to notice what subjects you're good at right now, and get a hint of the fields you could be good at.

Chemistry is a good degree actually and there is a lot you can do with it. From R&D to investment banking.

I can't speak for other countries but in the UK you just need 3 A-Levels and if you are taking Chemistry and Math then the third one doesn't matter (as long as it's not General Studies). Look at the uni you want to go to, they all have entry requirements on their websites so you know what you should be aiming for in terms of grade - though aiming for an A is always a good start.

Don't worry about university right now. Focus on the classes you're currently taking. Get all your advanced science courses and the advanced math courses. And by advanced I'm referring to the highest level at secondary schools. Aim for 80%+ in all your courses.

Science is the way to go, yes, but "chemistry" won't get you a job. You want to get into professional studies, but again, that should be a concern toward the end of your secondary school years.

:damn: only 14 and already focused, I didnt take education serious until college years. If I can give u one advice since u have another 4 years is start small, like everyweek spend some time studying in ur area of interest, get to know the terminology and material before taking the actual course. You will be surprised at how well u do.
