The somali pm has changed totally in the last month and has been ready for the battle

Firstly, he rejected to resign wich has made the dam jadid to finally accept this from a weak point but the problem is that he made his own list of ministers and insists to make the reshuffle!

This has renewed their calls for his removal as the meetings between them have reached a deadlock

Now according to the news that is going on, In the last sunday, an impeachment motion againist the pm that was signed by 80 mps has been handed over to the speaker and that the pm is to be called on the 26th of october!

The pm has formed recently a wider bloc...but all those who are in favour of his removal my join the insde-conspiracy.!

There is a shift in the political situation of the govt

The dam jadids political programe is facing a lot of obstacles as the speaker has become the opposite and the pm has now a considerable support from many groups that are againist the current political agenda

In the first year of this govt, the political tendence was based on the perspectives of dam jadid

Now the pm has benefited from the speakers strong position and has formed a galgaduud and southwest bloc

Its believed that there is an ethiopian hidden involvement in the baydhabo and gedo bloc and that is why the ethiopian backed gedo politician aw libaax who is more politically acknowledgeable is joining this bloc besides their associated central elements-ahlusunna and the camp of the pms wife who supported strongly her husband in this battle

Remember our old thread and the role the pm played in appointing the ethiopian backed ahmed abdisalam as the somali ambassador to ethiopia

Does this mean the pm is now in the ethiopian bloc? There is no yet an ethiopian bloc like it was in the old era but It explains how the pm was getting on so far!

After the speaker was threatened by his own bases, earlier this week, he held a meeting in his house between him, the president and the pm where he called for cooperation between the pm and him adding that every body knows its farah abdulkadir who is the real pm so he sugested a balance in there otherwise each leader have only the right to appoint the ministers that hail from his clan like it was in the old era!

Few days ago before the pms statement in the parliament, the idea of his resignation was running around their minds but they finally let him do the reshuffle-probably from a weak point- but now some of them have renewed their calls as the pm also wants to appoint his share of ministers!!

I don't think they can remove the pm now before creating a new political balance including the president rearranging his bases, he needs to do amendments in his staff that is dominated by his subclan also involving other groups that are not now on the table

Mps are essential to this political survive and saacid bloc was getting wider since they were busy with their financial priorities even farah abdulqadir instead of going back home with the president he travelled to england to prepare with the somalia GAS & OIL summit in london

A multi-meetings are going on about the reshuffle and other options, it depends on how the pms position is...some are saying he is doing this for gorgorton in order to save his seat but if he insists this he is playing with fire.!

This is a motion for the PM to come to Parliament and get questioned, his wax qabad, and policies. This is something he has to do every year and he hasn't done it. It has nothing to do with removing him, which is impossible to do. Also, he is working on his next cabinet, how will things change, that is the real news to expect.

Yeah. Saacid seems to be the saaxir now but I'm afraid its gonna be inqalaba inqalaba al sixru cala saaxir!

He depends on the bloc that is againist the current agenda, most of this bloc may want to spoil the whole govt...so that why the sixir may turn out againist him too...on the other hand, those who are with the current agenda are eager for his removal. This is why dam dajid was warning him in the meeting from "facing humilation"

But that depends if they promise a pm for the in-waiting bloc otherwise saacid may back stronger!

I think I was wrong using the term mudug because I found out that the interior is still in his political group mostly the position from the reshuffle but is not fully supporting the current agenda for fear of his bases because though being a leader in the party his future as a minister still depends on his bases

let us say the pm has the galgaduud bloc like the ahlusunna groups, a camp from ximan iyo xeeb like the pms wife, kamal guutaale besides the southwest bloc like the baydhabo opposition and gedo, the last two are getting closer maybe because of ethiopia.

The dam jadid bloc have some mps from different backgrounds that are well-staffed, some sections of the presidents background, may get the suppot of the bloc that is with the current agenda and the bloc who is not yet on the table.

I think this motion option was on the table like I stated before in the POs thread about the pms statement when I said wait after the 20 of this month when the missing mps were called. You have to ask yourself why they were called to come back before 20 of oct if they didnt ask the speaker to sort it out by this way

This motion could have been halted if the last problem wich was about the reshuffle was agreed upon!

I will be making thread soon about the current meetings and wich blocs are meeting because this can change the game

the news are saying that the speaker has informed the pm this signed by 80 mps and that its about both: quesitiong and afti=motion of confidence.

Its up to these mps agenda

You can question the pm or any minister after any development you can also come up with a motion at any time if it was signed by over 50 mps.

This supports that some don't like saacid to continue another year.

Anyways the link states that the speaker has announced in the sunday meeting of the parliament that the pm should face the mps for a motion of confidence...this is before the speakers letter to the pm.

It depends on the mps presence but if all of them were present then he can be defeated by 137 votes as the total number is 275

We have read that 80 mps have signed this motion, the last motion over 90 have signed but this one was stopped due to many factors like the intervention of the regim itself like not letting the mps to meet outside of the parliament, some said their hotels...mainly because the initiative was led by non offical blocs

Also they media has played big role


Now besides the hidden hand in this motion there are mps who have different agenda some about the contract with favori wich was said the pms bloc are involving in it and the parliament debate on favori was postponed last week...some mps are only plaming the pm not the whole regime for not achieving big things in the last year.

No one is begging madobe but the govt doesnt want to fock up its "al makaasib al siyasiya" and there are some political powers who are unhappy of him working with the govt

The presidents spokesman has denied any disagreement between the govt and jubba adminstration

I think madobe wants a cooperation to impliment the agreeement that why he postponed the formation of his officials to the end of oct.
