Political debate in Kenya television...

Post by Jam Street »

...goes like this: on one corner you have one clown who is a joke of a "professor" arguing that Kenya should pull out of the maxkamada laangaabyada and looma ooyaanka (the ICC) and thereby defending the president (evidently because he is the same Kikuyu tribe as him) and on the other side are, maybe half a dozen people, including the journalist asking the questions all bashing the one guy. The debate goes on and on and on and on for more than two hours until I, myself, and all those Kenyans who had Ugali for lunch fall asleep with nothing tangible being said. Each side repeating the same point and question over and over again. If you have any doubt that these Adoons are nowhere as intelligent as the white man that shackled them for centuries, watching this would clear all those doubts.

P.s. Kenya is probably the only country where you can tell a person's qabiil just by hearing them speak or tell you their name. To a little extent that is true with us Somalis (because you know someone is abgaal if they say areey Xaa tiri or raxanwein if they speak in maay) but not like the Kenyans.

He will go and the racist court will not find him and his deputy guilty because it is a court influenced by Western powers and those powers will have nothing to gain from two Bantus in prison but more to lose from Kenya that descends into chaos and civil war when their head of state is locked.

Do you understand what I am saying?

 , I understand, but I thought the staggering evidence and witnesses the prosecutor has collected was enough to prosecute!

Don't worry about any evidence or lack of. Even if there was a video footage of Uhuru & Ruto literally gassing and killing millions with their hands that is still nothing. What matters is the decision that is going to be made behind the scenes by few bigwigs. If they decide to not lock them up then it is a done deal. That is how the world works today.

Jam, why can't Kikuyus, Kenyans or similar Africans become assertive and free themselves from being subservient to their former colonial masters?

That is a very good question that I been asking myself for many years now. And to be honest with you I really don't know. But maybe it is in the nature of these daanyeero (and I am not just talking about Kenyans but all the Africans minus the Somalis and the Arabs) to be subservient to the white man. Think about it, almost every famous landmark is named after a white man. The entire West African daanyeero speak French as their first language. We wouldn't even allow a tuulo like Galkacyo to be named after one of Mosalini's men let alone famous landmarks.
