Progress in the gym

I was attending the gym on and off the past 2 months but successfully put on a few lbs that can be easily turned into striation-displaying muscles, now that a new gym has opened up 5 mins walk-away from home I've got unlimited access so let the liftin' begin. I ain't in a rush to see results but expect to be done by march, and be in maintenance until I blast off to Hargeisa in the summer (inshalla)

Mondays: Biceps,traps,chest
Tuesdays:Cardio/rest
Wednesdays:Triceps/Shoulders/Back
Thursday:Cardio/rest
Friday:Abs & Legs
Saturday: Complete body-work-out
Sunday: Cheat-day

during the workout days i'll alter between eating at a surplus and at a deficit, I'll bump this thread once I'm done :P with a pic.

Oh and no supplements needed either, just have the regular vitamin tabs at home, cod-liver oil and these zinc+iron+flaxseed grains that I mix into w/e i'm eating.

Is it mean for a girl to ask a guy to work out? :| for example if she thinks it would greatly enhance his looks?

No, it isn't mean but a helpful suggestion. If the guy is a couch potato with the potential to enhance his looks but is too lazy to do so, then asking him isn't a bad thing at all.

So if you liked this fat girl, you wouldn't have problems telling her to lose weight?

btw do you take protein shakes?

No, if it makes her look better then it's all for the greater good somaha? lakin I don't think i'd ever like a fat girl, depends on how 'fat' she is

and no, I don't, my garbo were small as **** after ramadan but now they are broad. if I want protein I just increase the amount of protein in my food and decrease the carbs and keep the fats at a minimum, however this gym will be an interesting approach since it's a much larger gym than the free-one they have for students at the campus.

When I'm done expect just expect yourself witnessing xalimos fainting that's all I'm saying. :MJ:

I go 3 days a week, a 7 day schedule is a bit too much isn't it? They usually advice you take at least a day off...for your body to recuperate or something along those lines.

Nope, not at all.

Is it mean for a guy to ask a girl to work out?

If your not ready for that. Try the 5x5 method.

Your system, if you can call it that wont help you make that physical transformation. like most Somalis you have alot of energy but not the science. Read and forget what people in the gym tell you.

Zubeyr's don't worry about the method most important thing at first is consistency, once you got that after a couple of months and program will get you results.

Killing that energy. If I had more time, I would probably whip up an intense schedule for me
