Well ofcourse there is corruption in the gov't.. but what one most understand is this, even if culusow or other high official of this gov't comitted even a Rape with many witnesses or even killed people right in front of many ppl.. the International community could not change there minds.. the question is why? the international community are far more corrupt then this gov't..
