Food security and food sovereignty with bans on all food imports that can be produced in Somalia
Implementation of universal health care system
Implementation of universal educational system from K-12
Mandatory execution of murderers, treason, rapists, religious extremists, tax evaders and corrupt politicians. 10 year state enslavement of all other major crimes (prostitution). 5 years for minor crimes (assault)
Defending Somalia's sovereignty with the creation of a disciplined military of 100,000 soldiers and 25,000 naval force
Mandatory sex and STD education of 50 hours for Grade 6 students
Establishing closer ties to emerging powers and Asia
Free tuition to the top 500 students in Somalia to the university of their choice anywhere in the world
Anti-deforestation project with each citizen over the age of 6 required to plant 10 trees a year
Democratic representation based on population of districts rather than clan
Implementation of a gun registry
