Best homemade high calorie shake for bodybuilding

Post by MrPrestige »

So I have recently joined a gym I am thinking of gaining lean mass of 14 kg in the time frame of 6 months putting me at 84 kg. I am 5'11 so
80 kg - 85 kg muscular built should be perfectly fine and not overweight.

Here is what I might buy from the grocery tomorrow when I come from work before I hit the gym.

1.Whole Milk (Will be using 2 cups of milk in the shake when I come back from the gym)
2. Peanut Butter (2 tbsp of)
3. Banana ( 1 large Banana)
4. Heavy Cream (2 ounces)
5. One white chocolate

Easily over 1000 calories in just two cups worth of shake.

Suggest any more if you know better ones?

I used to use two avacado, one scoop of a protein shake and milk. Try that once a day and you'll see the difference in a few weeks time.

Two large avocado is roughly 800 calories + two cups of whole milk (206 calories) easily 1 thousand calories. Not a bad shake, might attempt that as well.

Avocados definitely sound better than peanut butter. I'll add that

Power lifting is a part of bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is much more advanced field of bodybuilding that involves power lifting, cardio, core workout and consumption of prohormone.
