Yusrar Abrar dilemma is not so clear as we think- come in
Rumors are stating that she resigned though she hasn't confirmed herself officially yet. Anyways late last month during the 3 days conference of Somali economies in Mogadishu she made a passionate speech and seemed keen on redeveloping the central bank. So don't understand how she can change her mind so fast. Now before I left Mogadishu on Sunday night, there was rumors that she infact herself is in trouble in the USA with some banking companies and that it could affect her job in Somalia. There is no clear evidence towards both rumors that she didn't want to sign for a law/investigation firm to reassess and repossess Somalia's assets abroad. I clearly do not believe in Somali rumors and will wait for her to speak. But at the moment I can confirm that her resignation is not official. Things are not so clear yet

Buulo,
The woman resigned and it is official. My understanding is she was wrong to accept that job. This woman is an American who get used American corporate culture. And it is really very difficult to work African work ethics--forget corrupted Somalis and their political panhandling culture.
In Somalia, you have to be crook and corrupted to run any high ranking office.
