There is nothing remotely similar to this in Xamar.

For decades moryaan would kill whomever they pleased, shoe shine boys, tea sellers old men, providing they weren`t from one of the major armed clans.
I would institute a law in Somalia that all murderers must be executed.
We need to instil in peoples minds that if you kill, you will be killed.

That was interesting. Ileen ruux kasta wax dilo, Hooyo lee aa dhashay. She shouldn't even bother with $20, 000. Those who are pardoned though, I would love to know what their likelihood of a repeat offence is.

I'm talking about the main ones the video is focusing on. The guy who shot somebody and the other with his kids on trial. Both are immigrants, the latter one obviously and the first one his mother is clearly one of the barakacayaal. I don't know about the others.

Recently some Oromos also committed a horrible crime. A lot of crimes that happen in puntland is committed by Barakacayaal.

Putting them on trial and punishing them for their crimes is a lot better than just letting them roam free both in Puntland/Somalia!

I can see where you are coming from....

But all of this could be avoided if everyone just stayed in their regions.

Anyone who breaks the law whether a native Pler or a foreigner will be brought to justice. This BS of paying blood money needs to stop.
