I don't think there's a precedence where local law enforcement agencies were prosecuted for murdering hostile illegal immigrants, even in the industrialized countries. I could be wrong.

Let's be honest. There is racism and prejudice everywhere you go on this planet because, guess what, human being are diverse and different.
However, this isn't even racism but human rights abuse. This about human beings being treated like animals. If you don't want people in your country, just deport them. What is with this arab obsession with torture, humiliation and abusing helpless people? It just shows you that these people are inherently savage. From Libya to Egypt to the gulf. Are you telling me the saudi local law enforcement agencies carry machetes? okay suppose they do, do they then rip off the murdered victims cloths off in public and rob his possessions? see 0.52 in the vid. I been to Saudi and their police, immigration officers or soldiers I have seen dont carry machetes! It's obvious this man was murdered by a mop and not local police.
