the somali president has assured some reer gedo circles that he is only aganist saacid for being "incompetent" but he is not againist them and that he is going to appoint a second gedo pm.

One of the mps and politicians who was there with him was abdi shire warsame, col barre hiiraales representative in mogadisho...supposedly to be one of the pm saacids sympthizers...instead he submitted his cv to the president-hada xaal saacid!!

his name wasn't revealed yet.

Dr Abdi Shire is not an MP. He is a former diplomat and intellectual. He served in Cabdiqaasim's cabinet I believe and was Siad Barre's ambassador to Iran and Kenya.

Also he is Barre's uncle

Yeah I read that he was an ambassador during sidaad barre era.

According to the source, they welcomed it.

I'm not really a fan of Saacid but I doubt that they will backstab him in the midst of a fight.

Should be so but saacid seems losing the fight as he is now under the IC pressure. he is likely to resign.

People who spoke with him privately today said he swore the only way he will is through Parliament and he has no problem going that way and only that way.

international community pressurizing saacid? that is just absurd! what will they do trial him to the hague?! the guy will not resign he will fight until he loses his last tooth. And i support him for that.

The president is in the wrong. He has no rights to interfere in the ministerial cabinet. He should learn the constitution properly. I wish his absence all he does is smile and beg. He has no authority but is a mere sheep.

Maybe the pm doesn't want to get fired bc he was told to do so but I heard ali khalif is just using him bc he personally hates the president.

This Ali Khalif is a failed politicians but he can still be useful in bringing mp in favour of Saacid. I believe Sacid should stand his ground and drag this out and make it a long political dog fight wich he will be winning in the end.
