Somali MP: The motion has no solid foundation (VOA)

Here is a interview with MP Faysal Maxamed the chairman of the Somali Parliament social section. He discusses that there was no motion that was given to the Speaker. And he also mentions that even if the motion is given it is up to the speaker to submit the motion or reject. If the speaker accepts it then the motion will carried out if not then PM Saacid cannot receive any more motion until 6 months.
