The army has checkpoints in all of them and big military base called xerada lamogalaay.

Police are operating in all of them but there was only one police station in baladweyne just like kismayo

Now the govt is making them 4 police stations to focus on the security. That's what I meant.

The Govts first and main priority should be the eradication of this menace.

There is no gaaljecel in buloburde

Do you even know how al shabaab appeared in hiiraan? Hiiraan was the last southren region to join al shabaab, it had a governor till 2010, hizpul islam replaces him in a short time led by shuriye..the hawadles were more againist hizpul islam than al shabaab though the leaders were among them they didn't accept a hizpul islam group in hiiraan. Thus, a group from buloburde(hassan mose ali madaxweyne) led by yusuf ugaas the current waali have made contacts with the al shabaab leader and asked him a support, soon, as they got the green light, they attacked hizupul islam bases in baladweyne and banned it for ever, hawadle people supported this just to get rid of the HG led hizpul islam but that was just tactics. Gaaljecel blindly support al shabaab, even their ugaas from ceel cali has supportedd them on the media yet he called dhaqanka in baladweyne yesterday for a help as some unknown disease killed over 100 people in that village 70km southwest of baladweyne. The army is in the way to there with doctors and medicine.
