So either choose between President & Vice President or PM and Cabinet.
The country needs one leader, not two leaders.

No. A president can't do all that work, we need an effective government to serve us


I think the best political system somalia needs to have is having rais majlis al wuzara/president of the council of ministers

This means he is a normal member of the the cabinet/govt and not the head of govt

The president will serve both as the head of state and the govt

The pm can't appoint his cabinet, he would nominate and the president have to appoint them instead

This will put some control and balance in there and they will cohabit with eachother

This system exists in the arab world, italy,...etc
