Re: 3D Printing
Mass availability of 3D printing, if it turns out to be as impactful as it is presented to be, it will be revolutionary to the world as we know it and in particular the manufacturing industry.

Kidneys and guns would be the last thing on my mind if I got hold of a 3D printer

Less than a thousand quid?? that can't be true
I would print cars saxib, although assembling the car would require a specialist and lots of time it would still be worth it in the end.

Yep, below £1k but with very limited capacity. You need industrial scale operations if you want to make real $$$'s and having such a set up would cost hundreds of £1000's.Ismail87 wrote:Less than a thousand quid?? that can't be true![]()

But to print cars you would need to print most part individually (i think) and it'd need to be efficient, quick and cost effective

Interesting.
My friend is a super geek, he introduced me to 3D printing last summer. How did you find out about this?
