Ugandan soldier assualted by US special forces

This hutu ugandan was manheld by US special forces. He said " i was assaulted here kick me daa side" 
Then at 1:24
"because I have been trained". This hutu mooryan does this and worse in our capital. So the Americans showed him he is still not free
