How to Flattened your belly, Calool problem
I am those people that can get calool in a minute. I am starvingmyself so much to fight it. Alxamdulilaah I have it under control but I am punishing myself so much. I cut down Casho after 4pm Long time ago. Is there any habit which I can do to keep calool off while eating my favorite foods? I am 34yrs old and my metabolism has slowed down.

war there is more obise in middle east than whole somalis can ever be. i dont remember ever sweat, cause i have central A/C where ever i go. and i dont go were no AC! that is how lazy im!

Why don't you exercise
and starving yourself makes your metablism slow, you should eat small meals/snacks during the day to keep your metabolism going

Lose some weight
Doing running exercises can help
Alhamdulilah I have no that kinda of pushy belly but failed to build 6 pack abs.

cut out sugar, drink a lot of water, eat at good hours... do not eat 3 hours before sleeping

eat 5 times a day, dont eat anything at all after 6 pm. do powerwalks or go swimming like 5 times a week.

Get the ab ripper and do it for a month, it's only 15mins long, and do it for three times a week, also within that month try doing the fruit and vegetable shake as your only source of food.

Gym. Just do simple cardio like 5-10 minute intense jogging/sprinting on the treadmill every time you pop in and that belly will go flat in less than a month.
