Isn't the guy seated second in the second raw the owner of Hiiraan online. Does he hold any specific post in the SFG?

I know that he's heavily involved in the relaunch of the national carrier. Not sure if he holds any specific government posts though.

Wtf The guy is asking with out telling wich place it is? Jigjiga as the people were wearing in there green hats too or xamar? I know he was in xamar last time I chacked.
