Houses like that have historical relevance, this one looks 19th century but would you want something like that in S/land? If you wanted this it would cost about $50m give or take, that includes the architect, materials, land etc. The kind of mansions/villas which suit S/land's environment and climate are more meditterean like this one:



Also, it's much cheaper since it doesn't require all that material the one you posted is made out of.

Depends how much building material you sourced locally.
Obviously all the plumbing, electrics, fixture & fittings would need to be imported
