Somalia has tied with two other countries as the most corrupt nation in the world, according to the latest ranking from Transparency International. Somalia received a score of 8 out of a possible 100 based on perceived corruption in their public sector.

2. North Korea, score of 8
3. Afghanistan, score of 8

I don't believe Somalia is one of the most corrupt nations. Not by a long shot. For instance, those who have lived in Kenya and Somalia would tell you that Kenya is far more corrupt. Nothing gets done there without coughing up money or bribing some officials.
